Job Responsibilities: As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Handling high-volume client requests, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including entering patient and medication data into our systems * Investigating missing data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) * Settling all data entry-related exceptions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Providing support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, and identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed * Acquiring a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the first 90 days of employment and maintaining a valid license or certification Key Skills and Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Essential computer skills, including basic navigation, typing, and data entry * Essential web search skills, including opening a browser, searching online, and completing online forms * Middle-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 WPM and organizing reports * Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards * 18 years or older Preferred Qualifications: * At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacist with a valid license or certification from the State Board of Pharmacy or a recognized certification agency * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards and assessing customer satisfaction * Advanced keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 WPM and designing reports * Familiarity with Spanish and English Work Environment and Culture: arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and success of our employees.
