Job Summary As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our members regarding insurance products and services. You'll handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or other contacts from members, assist with quotes, policy inquiries, billing, and more. You'll also identify and understand member needs to provide accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services.
