The Role As a Customer Experience Advocate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, engaging with customers across various channels, including live chat, email, phone, and screen shares. You'll empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with our solution, collaborate with internal technical teams, and serve as the liaison between our customers and the rest of the arenaflex team. Your expertise will help shape the best possible version of our product, and you'll lead online webinars and one-on-one demos to educate customers on our features and developer toolkit. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on arenaflex's plans and in accordance with arenaflex's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
