Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mount Prospect, IL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. You will work in an overnight shift, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service to patients, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner * Handle high-volume calls, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage * Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure timely delivery of medications * Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and resolve patient issues * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and first-call resolution rates * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications * 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment * 6+ months of high call center experience, with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or another application * Ability to work in an overnight shift, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues * Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications * 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone * Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions * Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement arenaflex requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
