**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with continuous opportunities to move about.
  • Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • Must be eighteen years old or older.
  • Must be legally allowed to work in the US.
  • THD/Genius Reference partners should be highly motivated and proficient delegates that self-start their own activities to ensure objectives are met.
  • THD/Master Reference partners will expect partners to grasp fundamental exchanges, ranging from light home improvement and jack-of-all-trades work to yard and housekeeping exchanges.

  • Retail insight, including selling skills
  • Exchange/Home Improvement experience
  • Capability in online systems to assemble and refresh data
  • Strong data capturing, including discernible to message documentation as well as different types of complete communication capturing
