Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customs Trade Coordinator to join our team at Talvora. As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing impeccable customer service, ensuring compliance with all international importing and exporting regulations, and maintaining accurate shipment documentation. This is a remote data entry position that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Retrieve and verify the correct arrangement of products for customs clearance from databases, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs Perform data entry and processing of various import-related documentation for submission to US Customs, including PGA's (participating government agencies) Maintain and update all shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements Comply with all international importing and exporting regulations, ensuring that all shipments are handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations Collaborate with internal staff, departments, other Flexionis operations, and clients to deliver a high level of service to customers Process organization financier shipments and may handle remote filings Ensure that all service and organizational policies are followed, and that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A high school certificate or GED No industry experience is required, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred Data entry/console experience is required, as well as proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and office equipment (phone, fax, scanner, printer, copier) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and time management skills The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, handle a high volume of work, and meet deadlines The ability to utilize various systems and reference materials, and cooperate with clients, carriers, brokers, government agencies, internal staff, and management of all levels Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: A bachelor's degree in a related field Previous experience in a customs trade or logistics role Knowledge of international importing and exporting regulations Experience with data entry and processing of import-related documentation Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle time-sensitive work Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Jobtrix, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
