Job Overview As a full stack customer service representative in a contractor role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support services to our clients. You'll interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with all their needs. This is a remote work from home opportunity, allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you (within client/contract hours of operation). Schedule and Earnings The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, with the opportunity to create a schedule that suits your needs. Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
