Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with travel needs, such as answering questions, handling baggage, and checking-in travelers and boarding flights in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work outside in various weather conditions while performing below wing tasks, including transporting baggage and freight, loading and unloading aircraft, and conducting aircraft marshaling and deicing operations.
  • Conduct aircraft preparation and security checks to ensure the safety and security of our passengers and crew.
  • Perform boarding and gate duties, including assisting and directing passengers, making announcements, and processing standby and upgrade requests.
  • Process and secure passenger baggage, including handling baggage claims and maintaining accurate records.
  • Load and unload baggage and freight using conveyor belts and other equipment.
  • At the discretion of management, may be assigned to perform duties of varying complexity to ensure total passenger satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.
