Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers who have experienced lost or stolen accounts. This is a part-time position that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to lost or stolen accounts * Filing disputes and shutting down debit cards for customer safety * Maintaining an empathetic and professional tone throughout all calls * Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues * Working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associate's degree preferred * Must be 18 years of age or older * Background check required * Excellent communication skills * Ability to use a WIRED high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (no Wi-Fi) * Android (OS 8.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 13 or higher) smartphone * Ability to problem-solve Preferred Qualifications While not required, we prefer candidates with: * 1 year of customer service experience * Experience working in a remote call center environment * Strong problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Training and Onboarding Our training program is scheduled to start on March 15th, 2024.
