Job Overview

The Chat Moderator position at arenaflex is designed to ensure the official Discord server remains a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for all users. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for enforcing server rules, managing user interactions, and maintaining the overall health and positivity of the community. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about community building, have excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Modifying and enforcing the rules of the Discord server to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users.
  • Deleting messages that violate server rules, ensuring the community standards are upheld at all times.
  • Banning or muting users who repeatedly violate server rules, with the goal of educating and reforming behavior rather than simply punishing.
  • Investigating user reports regarding rule violations, taking appropriate action based on the findings, and documenting incidents for future reference.
  • Collaborating with other moderators and community leaders to develop and implement community engagement strategies and events.
  • Providing feedback and suggestions on how to improve community policies and the overall user experience on the Discord server.

Qualifications and Requirements
