Kami sedang mencari individu yang teliti dan proaktif untuk menguruskan aktiviti pembelian serta dokumentasi bagi operasi F&B. Anda akan bertanggungjawab memastikan proses perolehan berjalan lancar, rekod diselenggara dengan baik, dan hubungan dengan vendor dikekalkan secara profesional.

Tanggungjawab Utama

  • Mengurus proses pembelian barangan F&B (bahan mentah, keperluan dapur, dll.)
  • Bekerjasama secara berkumpulan dalam seksyen yang sama bagi memastikan proses pembelian, kualiti barangan dan penghantaran berjalan lancar.
  • Berhubung dan berunding dengan vendor/supplier untuk harga, kualiti dan penghantaran
  • Menyediakan dan menyelenggara dokumen pembelian (PO, DO, invois, rekod stok)
  • Memastikan semua rekod pembelian lengkap, tepat dan dikemaskini
  • Memantau tahap stok dan membuat perancangan pembelian
  • Menyokong audit dalaman dengan penyediaan dokumen berkaitan
  • Memastikan pematuhan kepada polisi syarikat dalam proses perolehan

Kelayakan

  • Diploma / Ijazah dalam Pengurusan Perniagaan, Perakaunan, Hospitaliti atau bidang berkaitan
  • Pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 1–2 tahun dalam procurement / purchasing / admin (F&B adalah kelebihan)
  • Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan sistem dokumentasi
  • Teliti, teratur dan mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik
  • Mampu bekerja secara berdikari dan dalam pasukan
  • Pengalaman tidak diwajibkan; latihan akan disediakan kepada calon yang bermotivasi dan cepat belajar.
