Job Summary

FedEx is seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our operations team for the 2nd shift, including weekend coverage with differential pay. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient handling, sorting, and movement of packages within our distribution facility. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining FedExs reputation for speed, accuracy, and reliability while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, sort, and scan packages accurately and efficiently

  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and conveyors (training provided)

  • Ensure packages are handled according to FedEx safety and quality standards

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

  • Meet productivity and accuracy targets within designated timelines

  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and workplace safety guidelines

  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals
