The Field Application Specialist in Flow Cytometry is responsible for assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs pre and/or post-sales as well as preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions in alignment with manufactured stated specifications. To Implement Flow Cytometry routine for different scientific applications. Lead product demo/training (at conferences, seminars, trade shows, or customer sites) for customer. May assist with optimizing products to meet customer needs and workflow requirements.This position reports to the Flow Cytometry Applications Manager LATAM and is part of the Sales organization located in Puerto Rico and will be fully remote role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:- Providing technical and scientific support to customers in Puerto Rico and Caribbean Countries, with a focus on flow cytometry hardware and consumables sales goals. You will support both, the sales team and customers in pre-sales and post-sales activities. - Delivering high-quality pre-sales support, including instrument and software demonstrations, workflow studies, proactive protocol development, and support at scientific meetings. - Providing instrument training in customer laboratories, as well as implementing flow cytometry routines ensuring customer satisfaction.
