Our offerings include a headless and composable retail tech stack, a robust consumer experience suite, advanced seller ecosystem management, and end-to-end supply chain management. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p><p>Digital Commerce Field CTO is responsible for driving FCC's growth by architecting comprehensive solutions that integrate our headless retail tech stack, AI-driven pricing engines, and retail media monetization platforms. </p><p>This role requires a deep-domain expert who moves beyond high-level orchestration to handle the granular solutioning required for enterprise clients, including detailed order capture flows, checkout orchestration, and complex ecosystem integrations. By providing this foundational expertise, you will lead the end-to-end RFP process and technical discovery with high autonomy, ensuring that proposed solutions are technically robust and commercially viable without constant dependency on Product teams for detailed domain inputs. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p><p><strong>●</strong> <strong>Customer Product / Solutions Advisory: </strong>Partner with top enterprise customers to design scalable technical architecture and optimize commerce operations. Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of FCC's solutions. </p><p>Advice on Solution Architecture:<strong> </strong>Design and propose customized solutions that weave together FCC’s composable commerce architecture (Catalog, OMS, Seller Management), </p><p>dynamic pricing algorithms (demand elasticity and competitive intelligence), and retail </p><p>media ad-tech (sponsored search and display) to meet complex enterprise requirements. </p><p><strong>● RFP Management: </strong>Lead the end-to-end process of responding to RFPs, including </p><p>deep-dive requirement analysis, solution design, and technical proposal drafting and </p><p>presentation with high independence</p><p><strong>● Strategic Sales Support and Cross-functional Collaboration: </strong>Work closely with Product development, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment of solutions with market needs and client expectations, advise Product and Engineering on market trends, provide input to Solution roadmaps. </p><p>Assist in securing large-scale partnerships by demonstrating technical authority and bridging the gap between business goals and SaaS technology </p><p><strong>● Thought Leadership: </strong>Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform solution development and business strategies<strong>.</strong></p><p>Speaking at industry events, write thought-leadership content, and represent FlipkartCommerceCloud in Value definition discussions with customer stakeholders </p><p><strong>● Domain-Led Multi-Product Strategy and Industry expertise: </strong>Gather feedback from the field to influence product strategy and feature development, acting as a bridge to internal engineering teams.
