The role requires a combination of analytic and communicative skills, representing Gainwell Technologies and NVHA to assist Medicaid enrolled providers with Medicaid training, research, and assistance in resolving issues. The FSR must be able to work independently while meeting short deadlines and ensuring timely communications with all parties.
