Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Billing Remote Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Germany. This full-time remote position is ideal for a candidate with a strong foundation in finance, billing, and administrative processes who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The successful candidate will manage financial records, process invoices, ensure billing accuracy, and provide excellent support to internal teams and clients, contributing directly to the companys operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process, verify, and manage invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports accurately and timely.

  • Monitor and maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and financial queries.

  • Assist in month-end and year-end financial reporting activities.

  • Maintain accurate client account information and update billing records as necessary.

  • Support the finance team in audits, reconciliations, and process improvements.

  • Provide excellent customer support to clients regarding billing inquiries and account statements.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline billing procedures and enhance financial workflow efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in finance, billing, accounts payable/receivable, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, billing procedures, and financial documentation.

  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a strong advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, billing, or accounting support roles.

  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.

  • Familiarity with international finance practices or multinational corporate environments is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).
