Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for all financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting software.
  • Prepare regular financial reports for management and regulatory purposes.
  • Prepare tax computations for CP204, CP204a and review tax computation.
  • Review audited financial statement and balance sheet schedule are reconciled.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian Private Enterprise Reporting Standards.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and pricing decisions.
  • Prepare cost and pricing for new project, providing timely and accurate information for decision-making.
  • Prepare quotations and work closely with sales team
  • Analyse financial implications of pricing decisions including the risk exposure associated and communicate the pricing decision.
  • Review payment vouchers, prepare journal vouchers, fixed asset schedule, bank reconciliations
  • Keep abreast of changes in legislation and proactively implement necessary updates to policies.
  • Follow-up closely with customers/sales representative to ensure PO received and collection on time.
  • Ensure all statutory payment such as tax instalments, SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF are paid on time.
  • Maintain record of company properties, such as company car, laptop, arrange renewal of road tax and vehicle insurance;
  • Review compensation package up to date
  • Liaise closely with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretary, insurance agent, local authorities and etc.
  • Ensure the company’s invoicing processes fully comply with e invoicing regulations and requirements as stipulated by relevant authorities
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of e-invoicing systems, provide guidance on compliance matters.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possesses at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accounting or any equivalents
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin both written and spoken
  • Good administration & interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
