Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable carpenter, installer with hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. Duties

  • Install a wide range of fixtures, cabinetry, glass, doors, and trim carpentry components with precision and care
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide installation processes
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively
  • Perform construction site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety protocols
  • Conduct caulking, plastering, stucco application, flooring installation, tile laying, and concrete finishing as needed
  • Assist with remodeling projects by performing demolition, restoration, framing, masonry, roofing, and drywall tasks
  • Use Bluebeam software or similar digital tools for project documentation and communication

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction installation roles with a solid understanding of blueprint reading and schematics
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques
  • Knowledge of construction management principles including estimating, inspection, and project coordination
  • Experience in plumbing, electrical work, masonry, roofing or related trades is highly desirable
  • Ability to work safely on construction sites while adhering to all safety regulations and protocols
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality control
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
