Fitness Graphic Design and Quality Specialist -Orangetheory Fitness

The Fitness Graphic Design and Quality Specialist assists in the delivery of visual content for both internal and external fitness products. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality, error-free content within assets and materials including reviewing and proofreading fitness content for accuracy, grammar, and consistency. This role blends graphic design with quality assurance, requiring review of fitness content for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment before final delivery. Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions): o Ability and focus to bring creations to life both quickly and efficiently, ultimately delivering polished and production ready content. o Oversee management and organization of files, assets, data, and compiling monthly workout and fitness education documents into a single asset to ensure consistency. o Live within brand guidelines, with extreme attention to detail. Learn and understand exercise science and technology. Competencies: o Technical Proficiency: Ability to take existing and/or new content (presentations and or other materials) and update accordingly to create a branded final product. o Attention to Detail: Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in editing and proofreading. o Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal communication skills that promote collaboration, foster engagement, and build meaningful professional relationships. o Fitness Expertise: Knowledge of the fitness industry. Strengths and Background o Bachelor’s Degree required. o Experience in Graphic Design or related work experience is preferred. o Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Work, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite. o Experience creating dynamic and engaging PowerPoint presentations is a plus. o Minimum of 1 year in an OTF Fitness role is ideal.
