Role Overview:

The Fixed Income Sales Senior Analyst Program offers high-potential recent graduates and early-career professionals the opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to the full Fixed Income sales lifecycle. Participants will engage in structured training, collaborate across internal teams, and interact directly with clients to develop a deep understanding of markets and client engagement. Our sales team provides a high-touch coverage model centered on daily dialogue - sharing market color, trade ideas, and partnering with trading to facilitate execution for clients and the firm. Execution occurs through both traditional voice channels and leading electronic trading platforms. In addition to client coverage, the team contributes to franchise growth through client acquisition initiatives and detailed business analysis alongside the trading desk to enhance relationships and connectivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in an experienced analyst program designed to provide early-career professionals with comprehensive training, mentorship, and development opportunities.
  • Support the Fixed Income Sales team across a broad range of clients, assisting with both voice and electronic trade execution.
  • Deliver timely market color, trade ideas, and other relevant content to clients to help inform their investment decisions and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading lifecycles, and fixed income products.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a disciplined approach to managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic; comfortable challenging the status quo and contributing new ideas and market insights.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Minimum of one year of full-time professional experience in a related business role.

Compensation:

In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is: $100,000 to $175,000.

In addition, the employee who fills this role will be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive compensation program, as well as a wide array of benefit programs, such as medical and life insurance, retirement and tax-free savings plans, and access to other healthcare programs.
