Provide friendly, people-first support through clear communication, quick problem-solving, and warm hospitality throughout the journey. </li><li>Keep the cabin running smoothly. Lead galley setup, beverage/snack service, onboard sales, PA announcements, and maintain an organized, service-ready cabin environment. </li><li>Stay steady and ready when it matters most. Administer CPR/first aid, support emergency and security procedures, assist with evacuations, and provide calm, confident leadership. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Your First Steps with Frontier <br><br></strong><ul><li>3.5 weeks of immersive training with lodging and meals provided, preparing you for all in-flight safety and service operations. Complete your Initial Operating Experience (IOE) to become a fully certified Frontier Flight Attendant. (Training is unpaid.) </li><li>After certification, you may begin on Reserve.
