We’ve ditched the clunky, manual spreadsheets of the past for a <strong>warehouse-first approach</strong>.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Operating at the intersection of Financial Planning and Data Analytics, we use a modern stack (<strong>BigQuery, Python, and Hex</strong>) to find the "why" behind the numbers. If you believe finance should be a strategic partner rather than just a reporting centre, you’ll fit right in.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>🚀 About the role & impact</strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">As our new <strong>FP&A Analyst</strong>, you’ll be the bridge between raw data and commercial action. This isn't about just keeping the lights on; it’s about upgrading the bulb to a smart-sensor LED.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will help us move away from manual legwork and toward performing deep statistical analysis. Your mission is to build scalable, self-serve models that allow the business to move fast, while you focus on providing the high-impact commentary that shapes our future.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>🎯 What you will</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Analyse spend, evaluate channel performance, and help set CPA targets that actually align with our financial north star.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support end-to-end forecasting using warehouse data and statistical trends.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with the Financial Control team to ensure budget-setting is seamless and integrated into our strategic reporting.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate across Ops and Marketing to sniff out opportunities to improve unit economics and maximise performance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide the "voice" for the data—delivering clear, actionable commentary that keeps the leadership team informed.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>🌟 Who you are</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Finalist or Newly Qualified.</strong> You’ll be working towards or have just obtained your ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent and ready to apply it to improving the health of millions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>A Data-First Thinker:</strong> You’ve moved past "Excel-only" thinking. You have a modern analytics mindset and are either already proficient in, or obsessed with mastering <strong>SQL</strong> and other data analytics tools. Experience using or interested in learning <strong>Python and Hex</strong> to replace manual legwork with code is also a a big plus!</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>A D2C Enthusiast:</strong> You speak the language of subscriptions. You live and breathe unit economics, intuitively understanding how <strong>CPA and Acquisition ROI</strong> flow into <strong>LTV, Churn, and Cohort analysis</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>An Efficiency Architect:</strong> You aren't afraid of the "AI revolution", you’re leading it.
