This senior-level technical leadership role will drive the optimization and expansion of our OneStream ecosystem, creating scalable solutions that transform how we serve our business partners and support critical decision-making." – </i>VP, Financial Planning and Analysis</p><p><br><b>What You’ll Contribute</b><br> </p><ul><li>Own end-to-end OneStream architecture and solution design for our global finance operations, including complex financial modeling.</li><li>Design and manage enterprise-scale data integrations connecting OneStream with Snowflake and multiple source systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Workday) for executive decision-making.</li><li>Drive system performance optimization through Business Rules refinement, Cube View tuning, and infrastructure monitoring to maintain sub-second response times for global users.</li><li>Design intuitive user experiences and streamlined workflows that enable finance stakeholders to efficiently leverage OneStream capabilities.</li><li>Establish and enforce coding standards, data governance policies, and security protocols to ensure compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements.</li><li>Partner with senior finance leadership to translate strategic business requirements into scalable technical architectures that support long-term organizational growth.</li><li>Provide technical escalation support for critical issues and architect robust disaster recovery protocols to protect enterprise financial data.</li><li>Mentor FP&A and technical teams on architectural best practices, code quality, and system scalability to build organizational OneStream expertise.</li><li>Evaluate and implement emerging OneStream technologies (BI/Relational Blend, Genesis, Sensible AI) to transform financial reporting from static analysis to predictive insights that drive strategic business decisions.</li></ul><p><br><b>What We’re Seeking</b><br> </p><ul><li>Expert in enterprise financial systems, with at least 5 years of deep OneStream XF experience including complex business rule development (VB.NET/C#), solution design, and production deployments.</li><li>OneStream SaaS financial modeling expertise including subscription revenue recognition, cohort analysis, and consumption-based forecasting methodologies.</li><li>OneStream governance and automation proficiency – hands-on experience optimizing and stabilizing Application Control Manager (ACM) processes.</li><li>Advanced integration capabilities with proven experience architecting OneStream connections to enterprise systems (Snowflake, Oracle EBS, Salesforce, etc.) using REST APIs and web services.</li><li>Proven SQL expertise for complex financial data modeling, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting.</li><li>Financial domain expertise including <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word;
