Role Description BrandYourTote.com is seeking an experienced consultant or fractional CMO with a strong background in the promotional products industry and e-commerce growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and scaling promotional products, branded merchandise, or print-on-demand businesses and can help guide both website optimization and customer acquisition. • Responsibilities • Review and optimize BrandYourTote.com for conversions and user experience • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy • Improve SEO, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking • Advise on product offerings, pricing, and supplier relationships • Create and oversee digital marketing campaigns • Develop lead generation and sales processes • Help establish short-term and long-term growth plans • Qualifications • 5+ years in the promotional products industry (PPAI/ASI experience preferred) • Strong e-commerce and website optimization experience • Proven track record growing online sales • Experience with SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media marketing • Ability to provide both strategic guidance and hands-on execution Engagement Part-time consultant or fractional CMO, approximately 5-15 hours per week initially, with potential for ongoing involvement as the business grows.
