Job Description:

  • Managing incoming calls courteously and assist in appointment scheduling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patients' inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assist TCM physicians in treatment handling and herbs dispensing
  • Assist with various admistrative tasks such as system key in, filing and record maintaining.
  • Keep the reception area, lobby and treatment rooms tidy and presentable.
  • Stock taking and ordering to maintain optimal stock level
  • Offer suitable treatment package recommendation to patients

Job requirements:

  • SPM or equivalent education background
  • Polite and friendly
  • Proficient in using computer
  • Must proficiency in reading and writing in English and Mandarin (We are seeking Mandarin-speaking candidates to assist Mandarin-speaking clients and manage Mandarin-language documents)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
  • Willing to work on weekend or public holiday
