Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This role is critical in creating a positive and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a polished demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to appropriate departments.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle appointment scheduling, meeting room bookings, and visitor logs.
Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Coordinate courier services, mail distribution, and office supplies.
Support internal teams with basic clerical and operational tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and front desk procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative role.
Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also be considered.
Working Hours
Full-time position
Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend support if required)
