About the position

Volkswagen Financial Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Volkswagen Group, is the trusted key to mobility for its brand partners. We are committed to supporting the Audi, Ducati, and Volkswagen brands and their Dealers, specializing in providing accessible mobility solutions for its Customers. The company’s offerings include Retail Leasing, Retail Financing, Commercial Financing for new and used vehicles, and End-of-Term vehicle disposition. Brief Role Description The Funding Representative-New Business is responsible for handling all Funding Packages received electronically and via mail. Ensure documentation related to lease and retail contracts is accurate and complete before it can be processed in the system of record.

Responsibilities

  • Validate all documentation received (electronic, paper) following the General procedures to ensure files are complete and ready for funding (payment).
  • Check in the contracts and enter all data of documentation received by mail
  • Validate signature and verify information on original documentation received for electronic contracts.
  • Open and sort received mail

Requirements

  • College diploma required (DCS/DEC)
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in finance or automotive finance industry.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written (French & English)
  • Attention to detail
