Fundraising Coordinator – NGO Jobs

Job Summary HopeBridge Foundation is seeking a passionate and results-driven Fundraising Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing fundraising campaigns to support our ongoing programs and projects. You will work closely with donors, partners, and internal teams to ensure fundraising targets are met while building strong relationships that align with our mission of creating lasting social impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and donor engagement strategies.
  • Research and identify new funding opportunities, including grants, corporate sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Maintain strong relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and philanthropic organizations.
  • Write compelling grant proposals, fundraising appeals, and donor communications.
  • Track, monitor, and report fundraising progress to senior management.
  • Collaborate with program managers to align fundraising efforts with organizational priorities.
  • Manage donor databases and ensure timely acknowledgments and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate fundraising volunteers and event logistics to maximize outreach.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and presentations.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain donor relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in fundraising software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking performance metrics and financial reports.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in fundraising, donor relations, NGO program management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an NGO or nonprofit environment is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding fundraising targets.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work depending on fundraising events or campaigns.
  • Flexibility is required during high campaign periods.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of fundraising principles, donor lifecycle, and grant writing.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity in working with diverse communities.
