Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager (2+ Years Experience)

Job Overview
We’re looking for a results‑driven Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager with a strong analytical mindset and hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, is fluent in conversion tracking, and understands how to build reliable measurement systems using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta CAPI. Experience with server‑side tracking is a major plus.

  • Must be US-based and able to work between 8AM-5PM ET or 9AM-6PM ET.
  • Must be Google Ads certified and have a minimum of 2 years Google Ads management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management — Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Linkedin Ads campaigns across search, display, video, and paid social.
  • Conversion Tracking Setup — Implement and maintain accurate tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI, and platform‑specific tools.
  • Performance Optimization — Analyze performance data to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall efficiency.
  • Reporting & Insights — Build clear, actionable reports that translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • A/B Testing — Test creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration — Work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to align campaign strategy with business goals.

Experience

  • Google Ads Expertise — 2+ years managing Search, Display, PMAX, Demand Gen, and/or YouTube campaigns.
  • Meta Ads Expertise — Experience running campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Analytics & Tracking — Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, and Meta CAPI implementation.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making — Ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Technical Troubleshooting — Comfortable diagnosing pixel issues, attribution discrepancies, and tracking errors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Server‑Side Tracking experience (Cloudflare, GTM Server‑Side, or similar).
  • Familiarity with SQL, Looker Studio, or other BI tools.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
