<h1><strong>🚀 About the role</strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">As our incoming Head of Copy, you’ll lead and mentor a high-performing and experienced team of writers, and head up our copy team – a new sub-team formed on your arrival that sits within ZOE’s Creative Studio.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As an exceptional copywriter, you’ll set the bar for what great copy looks like and ensure that the bar is maintained at every moment in which a customer meets ZOE.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Essential to success in this role will be an ability to effectively manage and coach a high-performing team whilst building and maintaining centralised systems that enable your influence to scale.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll bring fresh, bold and creative ideas that help ZOE cut through in a crowded market.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We care deeply about our customers, science, creating joyful brand experiences, delivering commercial impact, and maintaining a high bar for creative output.
