You will be the face of the company to the global investment community, responsible for articulating our value proposition and brand.<br><br>This position will be remote/WAH and can be performed anywhere in the United States.<br><br>Overview:<br>You will lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of all IR activities. You will function as the primary point of contact for buy and sell side analysts as well as institutional investors. We are looking for a bold, creative and tech forward entrepreneur who can navigate the complexities of a multi-billion-dollar revenue enterprise while maintaining the agility of a growth-minded entrepreneur.<br><br>You will work with marketing to develop and drive strategic communications that accurately reflect the company’s performance and strategy.<br><br>Requirements:<br>• Analyst and Investor Outreach: You will proactively build and manage relationships with key equity analysts and institutional investors. You are not just managing existing relationships; you are boldly expanding our network.<br>• Earnings and Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation for quarterly earnings calls, including scripts, presentations and Q&A prep for the CFO and CEO.<br>• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor actions, and market sentiment. Provide actionable insights to the executive leadership team regarding our valuation and perception.<br>• AI and BPO Integration: Synthesize the Business Process Outsourcing landscape and Automation technology to position as an industry disruptor.<br>• Event Management: Organize and lead investor roadshows, analyst days and annual shareholder meetings. Drive new high-impact engagements and thought leadership initiatives to elevate the company’s profile with the global investment community.<br>• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Head of Investor Relations.<br>• Experience in a global, publicly traded company at the F500 level.<br>• Extensive experience navigating global capital markets.<br>• High proficiency in AI trends and their application within BPO, Tech Services or similar sectors.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field required, MBA or CFA preferred.<br><br>Ideal candidate profile:<br>• Bold and Outgoing. You find innovative ways to visualize data and communicate complex business pivots.<br>• Tech Savvy: You speak “AI” fluently and understand how automation is disrupting the landscape.<br>• Venture-Minded Leader: You are a player-coach who is comfortable rolling up your sleeves to create decks and models while also operating at a high strategic level.<br>• You will work in lockstep with other executives and have flexibility to shape our narrative in the global market.<br><br>The base salary range for this position is $260,000 to $310,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
