You will be leading a passionate and highly motivated team of over 10-20 reps across the Great Plains of the United States of America to a scale that very few businesses ever achieve, whilst having an impact on one of America’s most vital industries, Agriculture. <br><br>Leading the Great Plains, you will be covering the full customer cycle from new sales through to Account Management. We’re looking for someone with commercial nous, X-factor, charisma, highly competitive yet technically strong as a sales leader… and the ability to hit a target nobody can yet see possible. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in leading the region's growth past the hundreds of millions of ARR. Roles of this scale, in a hyper-growth business, simply don’t come around often. Adapt Halter’s existing processes to develop and implement training programs for the South team, ensuring continuous skill enhancement and alignment with company objectives. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration within the sales organisation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Team Management:</strong> Lead, mentor, and develop the South team. Set clear performance expectations, KPIs and provide regular feedback. Lead on hiring and performance management. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes vulnerability and learning.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Account Management: </strong>Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across the entire customer lifecycle. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvement initiatives continuously. Work closely with your team to resolve any issues and ensure customer retention and expansion. Work in lock step with the Launch, Support and Product functions to ensure tight collaboration across every customer touchpoint.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Strategic Leadership: </strong>Develop and implement a comprehensive regional strategy to expand our market presence and achieve growth objectives.
