Job Summary

HealthSync Systems is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Healthcare Data Entry Clerk to join our remote operations team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in accurately entering, maintaining, and managing patient and medical records within our secure healthcare database systems. As a Healthcare Data Entry Clerk, you will ensure that patient data is consistently accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare standards. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the efficiency and quality of healthcare data management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter patient information, medical histories, lab results, and billing details into electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of all sensitive healthcare information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist in organizing, updating, and managing digital patient records.
  • Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in existing data.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify and update patient information when necessary.
  • Generate reports, summaries, and data analytics as requested by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
