Key Responsibilities
Transcribe audio recordings from healthcare professionals into accurate written medical documents.
Review and edit transcriptions for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Format medical reports such as discharge summaries, clinical notes, and operative reports.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify unclear dictations.
Manage and organize digital files and transcription records efficiently.
Ensure timely delivery of transcribed documents within deadlines.
Assist with administrative support tasks related to healthcare documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in medical transcription or healthcare virtual assistance.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, abbreviations, and procedures.
Excellent typing speed with high accuracy (minimum 60 WPM preferred).
Proficiency in transcription software and MS Office tools.
