Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding to join our Global Talent Management team. This role will play a key part in the administration, optimisation, and continuous enhancement of our global recruiting technology platform.

  • Administer and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding globally.
  • Configure, maintain, and enhance system functionality to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Drive process simplification, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into technical solutions and system configurations.
  • Lead and support system enhancements, releases, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Manage system governance and change control processes in line with HRIS and IT standards.
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, troubleshooting issues and performing root cause analysis.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and related Talent Acquisition technologies.
  • Evaluate and implement new functionality from SuccessFactors releases.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs across multiple regions and languages.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, integration, automation, and user experience.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience administering and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding within a global organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting and onboarding processes and best practices.
  • Experience configuring and supporting SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Strong understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
  • Experience managing the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Proven experience conducting system audits and maintaining compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying opportunities for process automation and optimisation.

Requirements

  • Highly desirable SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RXM) certification.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
  • Experience supporting migrations from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding 2.0.
  • Knowledge of SmartRecruiters.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, including Goals and Performance Management.
  • Experience supporting global HR technology environments across multiple countries and languages.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Information Systems, Business Systems, or a related field.
