Key Responsibilities • Assist with the full cycle of recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. • Support the onboarding process for new hires, preparing orientation materials, coordinating first-day logistics, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality. • Respond to routine HR inquiries from employees regarding policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating complex issues to senior HR staff as needed. • Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment verification letters, and termination paperwork. • Assist in the coordination of HR projects, training sessions, and company events. • Conduct basic data entry and generate reports to support HR metrics and analytics. • Help administer employee benefits programs and assist with annual enrollment processes. • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies. • Support the HR team with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
