Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resources functions within our organization in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires a strong leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on HR operations in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal policies
Maintain HR records, databases, and documentation
Design performance management systems and appraisal processes
Support compensation and benefits planning
Promote workplace culture, engagement, and retention initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Professional HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience
Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
At least 2–3 years in a managerial or senior HR role preferred
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development
Working Hours
Full-time position
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional flexibility may be required based on business needs
