The Opportunity

  • Location: Northern Virginia (Loudoun County)
  • Schedule: One night per week (4 hours)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver High-Impact Training: Lead classroom instruction for HVAC apprenticeship programs, focusing on commercial construction standards.
  • Curriculum Guidance: Follow established lesson plans while bringing real-world scenarios and "pro-tips" from the field into the classroom.
  • Student Mentorship: Evaluate student progress, answer technical questions, and encourage professional development.
  • Safety Leadership: Demonstrate and enforce industry-standard safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Must hold a valid Journeyman License (HVAC or Plumbing).
