We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Job Site Supervisor to lead our duct cleaning operations across multiple job sites. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, and proven experience managing crews and job execution with a high level of professionalism and work ethic. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate duct cleaning job sites

- Read and interpret HVAC drawings and blueprints

- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards

- Act as the main point of contact for clients on-site

- Train, coach, and support team members

- Perform and assist with duct cleaning and disinfection work

- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Report job progress, issues, and performance to management

Requirements (Must-Have)

-High School diploma or equivalent qualification from a certified college

- Legally eligible to work in Canada

- Able to work on-site across Ontario and commute to assigned job locations

- Minimum 2 years of job site supervisory experience in commercial and industrial field (duct cleaning or HVAC mechanical preferred)

- Minimum 5 years of driving experience, demonstrated safe driving record and ability to meet company insurability requirements

- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

- Ability to read HVAC drawings and blueprints

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

-Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the sector.

- Strong communication and time management skills

- High level of integrity, work ethic, and reliability.

- Ability to obtain security clearance (required for certain job sites)

Schedule & Work Conditions

- Full-time (40 hours/week)

- Shifts include weekdays, evenings, and weekends

Compensation & Benefits

- $29–$32/hour

- Overtime pay (after 44 hours)
