Job Summary

GradeBuzz is seeking a highly skilled and passionate IELTS Content Specialist with proven expertise in Band 8+ level Writing and Speaking modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, exam-oriented content that helps learners achieve top scores in the IELTS examination. This role demands a deep understanding of IELTS evaluation criteria, strong language proficiency, and the ability to create engaging, structured, and learner-friendly materials.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive IELTS Writing (Task 1 & Task 2) and Speaking (Part 1, 2, 3) content aligned with Band 8+ standards.

Design model answers, sample essays, cue cards, and speaking responses with clear explanations.

Create structured lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests.

Analyze IELTS trends and incorporate the latest exam patterns into content.

Review and edit existing materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Collaborate with academic and product teams to enhance course quality.

Provide content for video scripts, PDFs, and digital learning platforms.

Ensure content meets learner needs across varying proficiency levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Exceptional command of English (written and spoken).

Strong understanding of IELTS band descriptors and scoring criteria.

Ability to write high-quality essays and speaking responses at Band 8+.

Excellent content structuring, editing, and proofreading skills.

Familiarity with online learning platforms and content formats.

Strong research and analytical skills.

Creativity in designing engaging and practical learning materials.

Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IELTS content creation or training.

Prior experience as an IELTS trainer or examiner (preferred).
