Implementation Consultant – Banking

Job Purpose: The Implementation Consultant – Banking is responsible for successfully supporting implementation by working with the CINC Project Manager, the management company (client), and the CINC partner bank(s) to complete all components of the banking integration for the client’s associations. Additionally, this role will complete tasks related to bank changes, bank interface enablement, and implementation of other CINC modules that relate to banking as determined. This role will assist in implementation by working with the client to determine how they can best utilize the features of their chosen CINC partner bank(s) and educate the client on anticipated changes in their operations resulting from the bank integration. The Implementation Consultant will work closely with the Project Manager to manage project milestones and drive product delivery regarding the bank portion of each project. Responsibilities include working with partner bank representatives and CINC bank processing teams to ensure all steps have been completed to enable the integration points in preparation for cutover. The Implementation Consultant will also be responsible for tracking, troubleshooting, and resolving issues that arise with the bank integration post cutover in the implementation life cycle. The individual will be part of multiple disciplinary teams in the delivery of customer contractual obligations and is responsible for the successful and timely completion of projects resulting in customer sign-off and project acceptance. This role supports high-volume, fast-paced implementation activities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Gathers, consolidates, and analyzes banking information to evaluate the impact of the banking change on the client’s operational practices • Assess current-state business processes and suggest best-practice solutions using CINC’s technology • Reviews banking setup for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with relevant controls and alerts. • Ensures all elements of the integration are ready prior to the client’s cutover date. • Provides support and assistance to project manager and team members. • May assist with client’s education on how banking integrations work in CINC. • May assist client in adopting new processes by assisting with questions and working sessions focused on banking tasks. • Remain current on release updates, changes to banking integrations, and product knowledge for assigned products • Provide coordination and clear communication via phone, email, and SFDC on the case or other client implementation and support activities to both internal and external customers • Provide feedback to the banking team on any bank-related challenges or needed changes to processes. • Maintain implementation documentation repository as needed • Maintain a high level of commitment to superior customer satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the customer relationship Minimum Requirements & Competencies: • Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience • 2 - 3 years of software support and preferably bank-related experience • Familiarity with arenaflex Office products and advanced proficiency in Excel is strongly desired • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organization, analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills, as well as detail-oriented • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output • Ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently without supervision • Ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with several teams • Experience with CINC’s solutions, or competitor solutions, desired • Prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications • Prior experience with direct client/external-facing engagements Core Values and Culture Expectations Demonstrates integrity and ethics in day-to-day tasks and decision making, adheres to CINC Systems’ core values of humble, accountable, team-oriented, operates effectively in the CINC Systems environment and the environment of the work group, maintains a focus on self-development and seeks out continuous feedback and learning opportunities.
