It ishow we help our customers stay ahead in a dynamic market environment. We are currently seeking an Import / Export Advisor to support US Import and Export programs,and assist us in developing strategic sourcing solutions and bid support for our two dynamicmarkets: Advanced Technology Solutions and Connectivity & Cloud Solutions.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Detailed Description</h2> </div><div><p>Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:</p> <p>Works to ensure import shipments and documentation are in compliance with applicable UScustoms law. Acts as a liaison with customs offices.<br>Collects and analyzes compliance data for trends and potential cost savings programs suchNAFTA, US 9802 - return after repair and the use of Temporary Import Bonds, etc.<br>Evaluates and selects brokers for clearance of product. Analyzes import data for internal andexternal charges.
