Inbound Call Handler - Remote Support Agent

Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Inbound Call Handler – Remote Support Agent to join our growing virtual support team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, remote environment. As the first point of contact for customers, you will handle incoming inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow company guidelines, scripts, and compliance standards
Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong active listening and interpersonal abilities
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or support role
Experience in remote or work-from-home environments is an advantage
