Develop and implement inclusive learning and talent development programs and initiatives to promote diversity and equity within the organization. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning and development needs and create tailored solutions to support the growth and development of diverse talent. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning experiences that promote inclusivity and cultural competence. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvements. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on diversity and inclusion topics and resources. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to diversity and inclusion in learning and talent development. Act as a liaison between the organization and external diversity and inclusion organizations and resources. Develop and maintain relationships with diverse talent and serve as a mentor and advocate for their professional growth and development. Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all employees, fostering a sense of belonging and respect for diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to ensure diversity and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of the employee experience, from recruitment to retention. Monitor and report on the progress and impact of diversity and inclusion initiatives, and make recommendations for future strategies. Act as a role model for inclusivity and diversity in the workplace, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and fairness. Serve as a resource and consultant to leaders and teams on diversity and inclusion topics, providing guidance and support for creating an inclusive work environment. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide diversity and inclusion policies and initiatives.
