About the Job

Moda Operandi is seeking independent Personal Stylists and Personal Shoppers to join Moda Network — a platform built for professionals who drive sales through existing client relationships, personal brand, and point of view.

This is not a staff or salariedrole . It is a flexible,commission-based independent contractor opportunity designed for stylists already working directly with clients and looking to grow an existing business through Moda Network.

Moda Network enables stylists to turn their client relationships into a revenue stream through commission, private sourcing, and dedicated support built into the platform. As a Moda Network Stylist, you’ll gain access to competitive commissions, private discounts, consignment options (if based in the U.S.), a dedicated point of contact, and exclusive events. Stylists operate independently while leveraging Moda’s platform to drive sales, serve clients, and expand their reach.

This opportunity is best suited for established stylists, personal shoppers, and client advisors who already work directly with clients and want to grow a client-driven businesswith Moda as a commerce and fulfillment partner.

What You Do

  • Generate sales opportunities independently through personalnetworks, referrals, digital outreach, and social engagement
  • Curate and sell across Moda Operandi’s full assortment, including ready-to-wear, accessories, fine jewelry, home, and beauty
  • Build and maintaina loyal client base throughpersonalized service and outreach
  • Stay current on new arrivals,emerging designers, seasonaltrends, and key assortment highlights
  • Operate independently whilealigning with brand standards and partnership expectations
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience as a personal stylist,personal shopper, client advisor, or in a client-facing luxury retail/clienteling role
  • Existing client relationships with annual book value exceeding $100K required, along with demonstrated ability to generate sales through relationships
  • Strong fashion pointof view and familiarity with luxury brands
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the abilityto work independently and self-direct business development efforts
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Digital fluency across messaging platforms, social media, and content-sharing tools is a strong plus
  • Motivated by a commission-based earningopportunity and buildinga business through personal clientele
