About FOULPLAY:

FOULPLAY is a performance nutrition company committed to delivering exceptional taste in every product. Our mission is to provide high-quality nutritional solutions that empower individuals to lead healthier, more active lives. We focus on innovation and excellence to meet the needs of a diverse consumer base. At FOULPLAY, we believe that performance and flavor go hand in hand, ensuring a satisfying and effective experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

You’ll be the connective tissue between FOULPLAY and the people who care about us — our customers, affiliates, gym partners, and creator community. This is a remote role, so you won’t be at events or doing in-person activations. Instead, you’ll be the person who makes sure every online interaction with FOULPLAY feels human, warm, and worth remembering.

You’ll own three things

  1. Community management — being FOULPLAY’s daily voice across social channels, managing DMs, building real relationships with customers and followers, and turning organic engagement into usable content (UGC) that fuels our growth.
  2. Affiliate and creator partnerships — managing our existing affiliate network, identifying and reaching out to new creators, and running a disciplined pipeline from prospect to active partner.
  3. Partner coordination — supporting our gym partnerships remotely by coordinating stock checks, follow-ups after activations, and keeping the lines of communication open between our partners and the founder.
What success looks like:
  • Growing our affiliate network. Within your first 3 months, we should have measurably more active affiliates posting content and driving tracked sales than when you started.
  • Building a UGC engine. We should go from ad-hoc content collection to a structured, categorised UGC library with clear usage rights — producing at least 10–15 approved assets per month that our creative team can pull from without chasing permissions.
  • Filling the creator pipeline. A maintained, always-current prospect list with clear status stages. At any point, we should be able to see how many creators are in outreach, how many have received product, and how many have converted to active partners.
  • Keeping gym partners engaged. No consignment partner should run out of stock without us knowing first. Restock coordination should be proactive, not reactive. Partners should feel supported and informed about upcoming brand activities.
  • Giving the founder visibility. Consistent, reliable weekly and monthly reporting. Ryan should never have to ask “what’s the status of X?” — the answer should already be in the tracker or the weekly update.
Qualifications

Must haves

  • You’re a strong written communicator in English — you can shift between professional emails, casual DMs, and on-brand social comments without missing a beat
  • You’re organised and self-directed. You don’t need someone checking in daily to make sure you’re on track. You maintain your own systems and surface blockers early
  • You understand social media natively — not just posting, but community dynamics, engagement patterns, and what makes people actually want to follow and interact with a brand
  • You’re comfortable managing spreadsheets, trackers, and project management tools (we use ClickUp, Google Sheets, and Shopify)
  • You genuinely care about fitness, wellness, or sports nutrition — not as a job requirement, but because you find it interesting
  • You can work independently across time zones with async communication as the default
Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience in a CPG, FMCG, or DTC brand — you understand how physical products get from warehouse to customer, what sell-through means, and why consignment terms matter
  • Previous experience managing influencer/creator relationships or affiliate programmes
  • Experience with Shopify, Meta Business Suite, or social listening tools
  • Interest in or knowledge of creatine, sports supplements, or performance nutrition
Practical Details: Location: Fully remote. We’re Singapore-based but this role can be performed from anywhere with reliable internet and reasonable time zone overlap for async check-ins.
