Influencer & Partnerships Manager (Whitelisting / Paid Social)

Afina is an 8-figure DTC wellness brand and the #1 selling filtered showerhead brand on Amazon. We’re scaling aggressively across Meta, TikTok, Amazon, retail, and subscription—and we’re looking for a high-level Influencer & Partnerships Manager who understands how to build creator partnerships that actually drive revenue. This is not a “brand awareness” influencer role. The Mission Build and scale Afina’s influencer and creator partnership engine. Your job is to source creators, negotiate partnerships, manage whitelisting access, launch high-performing partnership ads, and help turn creator content into scalable paid social winners. You’ll work closely with the creative, growth, and media buying teams to identify winning creators, develop scalable relationships, and drive measurable revenue through influencer content and partnership ads. We move fast, test aggressively, and care about performance.
