Principal Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate contractors and subcontractors on-site, ensuring safe execution and compliance with SBA technical standards in all geographic areas of the country.
  • Perform technical site inspections to verify that structural execution fully complies with approved designs, considering local soil, climate, accessibility, and logistics conditions.
  • Document and report any deviations, non-conformities, or changes identified during execution, maintaining detailed records and proposing corrective solutions in accordance with the regional context.
  • Keep information updated in the official SBA tool, recording all changes made during the preparation and execution of capital projects, ensuring traceability and formal approval.
  • Evaluate construction feasibility through technical desktop analysis, data collected on-site, and site observations, especially in remote areas or with limited infrastructure.
  • Participate as a member of the evaluation and approval committee of the TSSR (Technical Site Survey Report) during the land acquisition phase, contributing technical criteria for the validation of project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all company internal policies and procedures, as well as environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and local and municipal regulations.
  • Evaluate and optimize the use of internal and third-party resources, considering costs, times, safety, and operational particularities of each region.
  • Maintain constant communication with internal project teams, local leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify technical, operational, and safety risks, and implement preventive action plans in coordination with the market leadership team.
  • Update corporate systems with project milestones, construction progress, and relevant information.
  • Execute other related functions and tasks assigned.
Requirements And Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the supervision of wireless telecommunications site construction.
  • Proven experience in the execution and delivery of wireless infrastructure construction projects.
  • Solid knowledge of the towers industry, including construction, engineering, zoning, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in projects located in urban, rural, and hard-to-reach areas is highly desirable.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to travel frequently and stay overnight outside your place of residence, including long transfers between regions of the country.
  • Valid driver's license and proven ability to drive on unpaved roads and in adverse conditions.
  • Remote position, with more than 90% of the time in the field, possibly requiring extended stays depending on the project location.
  • Fluency in Spanish (oral and written); intermediate English desirable.
