Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The primary role of this position is to handle inside sales and schedule appointments with homeowners for our range of products and services. Additionally, the role involves communicating and coordinating with customers and various internal teams, including sales, installation, and support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inside Sales: - Engage with potential customers to understand their needs. - Schedule appointments for in-home consultations and sales meetings. - Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels. 2. Customer Communication: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text/chat in a timely and professional manner. - Provide detailed information about our products, services, and processes. - Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Scheduling and Coordination: - Coordinate and schedule appointments between customers and the sales team. - Communicate effectively with the installation team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in our CRM system. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. - Proven experience in a customer service or inside sales role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
