Insurance Agent Fully Remote

The Gainey Agency is a client-focused, remote life insurance agency offering flexible opportunities and structured support for agents. We are seeking remote Sales Agents to advise clients, support policy transactions, and contribute to business growth through consultative sales.

Position overview: This is a full-time, commission-based remote role focused on selling life insurance and related financial protection products, managing client relationships, and providing policy support.

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Explain policy features, underwriting processes, and beneficiary options in clear, professional terms.
  • Prepare quotes, assist clients with applications, and collect required documentation.
  • Support policy lifecycle activities including issuance, endorsements, renewals, and basic claims coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training and coaching.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales and service performance goals.

Required qualifications:

  • 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliable computer, internet connection, and a suitable remote workspace.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional phone/email etiquette.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently in a performance-driven remote environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain licensing (licensing support provided).
  • Prior experience in insurance sales, customer service, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, quote/issuance platforms, and remote sales workflows.
